The SSDNow V+200 is one of the slowest SSD's we have seen recently. Its sequential and 4k read performance is the weakest we have seen to date. Even the sequential and 4k write speeds are amongst the lowest we have seen. The only above average performance metric for this drive is its deep queue depth write speed which clocked in at 207 MB/s. Rightfully the drive is priced lower than most of its competitors but that does not make up for its poor performance. There are far better deals to be had elsewhere. [Jan '13 SSDrivePro]

Above average average bench

The Kingston SSDNow V+200 240GB averaged 36.8% lower than the peak scores attained by the group leaders. This isn't a great result which indicates that there are much faster alternatives on the comparison list.
