We really liked this drive when it was released back in Nov '11. It had great real world performance both with compressible and incompressible data and was powered by the Marvel 88S9174-BKK2 controller which had very few reported reliability issues. Back when the Performance Pro was released it was one of the fastest SSD's on the market and to this day is able to spar with the latest and greatest. With a real world speed index of 450.6 MB/s the Corsair currently lies just above the midway marker for real world performance and similarly for server orientated workloads the Performance Pro is just above average with its AS-SSD score of 892. These drives have been superseded by the Neutron series and the remaining available stock is significantly overpriced at 240 GBP. [Oct '12SSDrivePro]
