Was initially very fast. My best bench was 255%, but it clocked a minimum of 240% with ease. A year of constant use later and it's struggling to crack 200%. The drive hasn't been abused, it's my boot and software drive.
The laptop doesn't feel any slower or more sluggish during use, but I have noticed the UBM scores dropping significantly. There's a reason why the Samsungs cost £100 or more than the MP510. This isn't a bad SSD, but I expected better. [Jun '19the_termin8r]
Probably the best SATA III SSD you can buy for 60 US Dollar. Offered excellent performance (albeit it won't match any NVMe ones!) and suitable amount of capacity for that price. Overall a reliable all around SSD for nearly every computers unless if the computer has no support for SATA which means your computer is too old! [Nov '19ColdSpy]
